Bilateral cooperation (USA-UK, USA-Ger, USA-FRA, USSR-DDR, Syria-Egypt 1954-1967, France-Vietnam, USA-Vietnam),

Major Obstacles to intelligence cooperation, 

Advantages and disadvantages of intelligence cooperation, 

Cases: Herman Simm, Cambridge Five, Snowden, Guillaume

Aims of the course: 

Knowledge about evolution of the role of special services in multilateral and bilateral organisations
