5. Building and managing project team

Aims of the course: 

1. To present students fundamentals of projects and project management

2. To familiarize students with project lifecycle and its elements

3. To create skills to plan, implement, manage and evaluate project with the use of an appropriate methodologies

Teaching methods: 

Teaching methods: lecture, multiple group project, case studies, group dynamics techniques,

Evaluation & Completion: 

- preparation and implementation of a project (individual or group),
- oral presentation (group),
- participation in classes and timeless of preparing required elements of a project
