W1. Student knows at the advanced extend the contemporary concepts of the inter cultural communication.
W2. Student describes exhaustively legal basis, components and mechanisms of functioning of the international service in the modern state, including the regional and local level.
W3. He has expanded knowledge about the role and importance of various forms of diplomacy in international relations - different types (political, cultural, economical).
W4. Student knows at the advanced concepts of public diplomacy.
U1. Student can use acquired knowledge to conduct complex negotiations and to put into practice different methods of mediation.
U2. Student has the ability to thoroughly analyze the behaviour of the political system entities operating within state structures (economic, social, cultural, informational).
U3. Student is able to comprehensively analyze and interpret selected decisions and actions of state authority or regional (both internally and internationally) and international institutions.
U4. Student is able to analyze various social phenomena, political, economic and cultural, recognizing their relevance at different levels (international, national, local).
K1. Student can choose the appropriate priorities to achieve the set by themselves or others professional task, public or research.
K2. Student is aware of the practical dimension of the application of advanced scientific knowledge.
K3. Student can participate in the preparation of various types of complex social projects.
